THE ESSENTIAL 20 NEO-SOUL ALBUMS YOU NEED IN YA LIFE!!

This selection is for all those people that ask me about my playlists for my Mixtapes.  I really spend quite a few days searching the abyss of the Internet for new flavour and undiscovered gold before putting together a mix.  Old or new...Irrelevant, as long as that record grabs you by the balls and really inspires you, then it’s going in the mix.  So to any up-and-coming-DJs, my advice is ‘do your research’ before you unleash your masterpiece.
I Thought I’d give you guys a heads up on what Albums I personally can’t live without.  I hope there’s one Album on this list that somebody didn’t know about or if there’s a classic that you think I should know about, then holla at me!!
OK, let’s get down to business.  If I were forced to choose 20 Albums in no particular order, it would probably look something like this:

1. Choklate - Chokate
2. Georgia Anne Muldrow - Early
3. Zo! - Sunstorm
4. Zo!  - This Is Not A Love Song
5. The Avila Brothers - Tha Mood Soundsational
6. Glenn Lewis - World outside my window
7. Ledisi - Lost & Found
8. Eric Roberson - Left
9. Amel Larrieux - Bravebird
10. Goapele - Even Closer
11. Leon King - Digital Church (E.P)
12. Sy Smith - Syberspace Social
13. Slakah The Beatchild - Soul Movement Vol. 1
14. Full Crate & Mar - Conversations with Her (E.P)
15. Floetry - Floetic
16. Anthony Hamilton - Comin From Where I'm From
17. Bilal - Fastlane
18. Foreign Exchange - Connected
19. Dwele - Subject
20. Teedra Moses - Complex Simplicity

*21. DJ Spinna - Intergalactic Soul (I know I said 20 but Cmon this is hard!!!)

p.s I tried to stay away from the obvious choices.
